Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Delbert R. Mahoney, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Delbert R. Mahoney, will take notice that on the 22nd day of July, 2009, MidFirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 09CV 2763.
