Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Edward F. Hartman, and the guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Edward F. Hartman, will take notice that on the 11th day of August, 2009, CitiMortgage Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 09CV 3049.
