Case No. 09CV 1607

JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A.

PLAINTIFF,

VS.

CRYSTAL J. BLACK, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Executors, Administrators, Spouse, Heirs, Creditors, Legatees and Devisees, if any, of Leroy F. Black, Jr., deceased, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of May, 2009, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., filed its Foreclosure Complaint in Case Number 09CV 1607 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 616 W. Tennessee Avenue, Sebring, OH 44672, and also known as Parcel Number 21-001-0-036.00-0 and 31-001-0-037.00-0 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to Plaintiff''s mortgage filed in Book 5690, Page 1978 on the 30th day of April, 2007 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants, Crystal J Black and decedent, Leroy F. Black, Jr., in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Foreclosure Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as its just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of November, 2009, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
