The Defendants, Unknown beneficiaries of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown successor trustees of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown grantors of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of August, 2009, the Plaintiff, Suntrust Mortgage Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 09 CV 3071, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 119 South Main Street, Youngstown, OH 44515, Permanent Parcel No. 48-011-0-410.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Unknown beneficiaries of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown successor trustees of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown grantors of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown beneficiaries of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown successor trustees of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, Unknown grantors of 119 S. Main Street Trust, Newport Investments, LLC as Trustee, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
