The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of John A. Lee, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of September, 2009, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 09CV 3413 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 630 Dumont Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405, Permanent Parcel No. 46-021-0-030.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of John A. Lee, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of John A. Lee, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint, said answer day being the 26th day of November, 2009.
