The Defendants, Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon, James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon and Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of June, 2009, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2009 CV 2128 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 114 South Four Mile Run Road, Youngstown, OH 44515, Permanent Parcel Nos. 48-010-0-169.000, 48-010-0-168.000, 48-010-0-170.000 and 48-010-0-171.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon, James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon, James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon and Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint withint twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon, James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of James Gordon, aka James M. Gordon and Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Angela Gordon, aka Angela M. Gordon failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.

The above-names Defendants are required to answer within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks. Said answer day is October 21, 2009.
