FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE

CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION

PLAINTIFF,

VS.

ARLENE CLARK, AKA

ARLENE R. CLARK-BURNS, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Credit Depot Corporation of Ohio, whose last known address is c/o The Prentice-Hall Corporation System, Inc., Statutory Agent, 50 West Broad Street, Suite 1800, Columbus, OH 43215, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of Credit Depot Corporation of Ohio, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 2nd day of April, 2009, Chase Home Finance LLC, Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 09CV 1209 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 356 6th Street, Campbell, OH 44405 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4228, Page 331, of this County Recorder's Office/

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 46-130-0-141.000 and 46-130-0-140.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of October, 2009, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
