To the next-of-kin of Madaline Deem aka, deceased, who died a resident of Mahoning County, Ohio, their executors, adminstrators, and assigns, if any, address unknown, including, but not limited to the descendants of the parternal grandparents of Madaline Deem aka, believed to be Thomas Deem and Jane Deem, and to the descendants of the maternal grandparents of Madaline Deem aka, believed to be William Baker Sr. and Catherine Donovan Baker, which may include, but not limited to Robert W. Bracken, Anne Dunn, Bernadine Long, Richard E. Long, Robert J. Long, and others and their descendants.

You are hereby notified that Madaline Deem aka died on October 24, 2008, that Madaline Deem's Will and First Codicil was admitted to probate by the Mahoning County Probate Court, located at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503 on November 17, 2008. The notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from Madaline Deem aka had she died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than 3 months after the certificate is filed evidencing the giving of this notice. An informal hearing set for September 8, 2009 at 8:45 A.M.
