Johanna H. Miller, whose last known address is 154 Creston Drive, Youngstown, OH 44512, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Johanna H. Miller, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 29th day of May, 2009, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N. A., fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, fka JP Morgan Chase Bank, as successor in interest to Bank One, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-HS1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, c/o Litton Loan Servicing, L.P. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 09CV 1998 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 919 Cook Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5254, Page 1604, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 29-015-0-262.000 and 29-015-0-261.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of September, 2009, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
