DEFENDANTS.

A Complaint having been filed in the Probate Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that on account of the absence of Ragu R. Sambandham, aka Raguramalingham Sambandham for a period in excess of five (5) years from 795 Squirrel Hill Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, the place of his last domicile, he presumed to be dead, and praying that proceedings may be had by the Court to establish the legal presumption of the death of the presumed decedent, notice is hereby given that on September 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., the Court will hear evidence concerning the alleged absence of said presumed decedent and the circumstances and duration thereof.
