The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of Mary Ann Stefanec, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 1st day of June, 2009. The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio in Case No. 09CV 2030 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $16,860.09 upon a certain obligation dated October 26, 1991, signed by Mary Ann Stefanec, now deceased with accrued interest in the amount of $455.22, and interest accruing at the rate of 6.00% per annum from May 13, 2009, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage covering the following described premises.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 26492 according to the latest Enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 591 in Plat No. 5 of Powerstown, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 8, Mahoning County Redords.

Known for Street Numbering Purposes as 3443 Lenox Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-069-0-455.

Said above names parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer on or before 13th day of September, 2009.
