You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of May, 2009, CitiFinancial Inc., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 09CV 1894 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the Mortgage against real property located at 1618 Country Club Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, and recorded in the Mahoning County Auditor's Department as Parcel ID No. 53-194-0-017.00-0 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of August, 2009.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
