Debie R. Zola, Trustee or successor trustee(s) of the Living Trust of Debie R. Zola dated June 21, 2008, whose last known address is 5200 West Boulevard, Youngstown, OH 44512, and the unknown successor trustees of Debie R. Zola, Trustee or successor trustee(s) of the Living Trust of Debie R. Zola dated June 21, 2008, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 5th day of May, 2009, Wilmington Trust Company, as successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association (successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association) as Trustee for LXS 2007-3 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 09CV 1639 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 5200 West Boulevard, Youngstown, OH 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5655, Page 2117, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-070-0-125-120

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 4th day of August, 2009, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
