Metz, whose last known address is 4250 Selkirk Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511, will take notice that on the 13th day of April, 2009, Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF16, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF16 filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being Case No. 09CV 1341. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
