Caleb Watson, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Caleb Watson, and of Lisa Watson and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, of Lisa Watson, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 24th day of April, 2009, MERS, Nominee for successor in intereset, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44503 being Case Number 09CV 1507 against Caleb Watson praying for judgment in the amount of $81,695.20 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from December 1, 2008 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Caleb Watson is the owner of:

Real estate located at 4738 Woodhurst Drive, Youngstown, OH 44515, Permanent Parcel No. 48-118-0-007.000.

as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on September 29, 2006 in Book 5649 Page 1219 of the Mortgage Records of Mahoning County, Ohio.

and that Defendants, Caleb Watson, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Caleb Watson, and of Lisa Watson and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, of Lisa Watson, be required to set any interest they may have in said premised or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which MERS, nominee for successor in interest, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. is entitled.

Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.

Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the last publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 18th day of August, 2009 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
