Cisco, whose last known address if 947 Shaw Circle, Melbourne, FL 32940, will hereby take notice that on the 23rd day of April, 2009, The Quality Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 09CV 1483. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest.
