Marion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507 will take notice that on the 16th day of March, 2009, Manuel Reyes, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503 being Case Number 09CV 938. Complaint is for forfeiture of any interest Manuel and Dominga Anastacio may have in the property located at 114 E. Marion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, and for cancellation of the land installment contract between the parties for failure of payment.
