The Defendants, Randell J. Kish Jr., Unknown Spouse, if any, of Randell J. Kish Jr., and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Randell J Kish Jr., but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on March 9, 2009, the Plaintiff, US Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 50 2009 CV 827, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 241 Glenview Drive, Canfield, OH 44406, ("Real Estate"), Parcel No. 28-011-0-083.000 and alleged that the Defendants, Randell J. Kish Jr., Unknown Spouse, if any of Randell J. Kish Jr., and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Randell J. Kish Jr., have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Randell J. Kish Jr., Unknown Spouse, if any, of Randell J. Kish Jr., and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Randell J Kish Jr., are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Randell J. Kish Jr., Unknown Spouse, if any, of Randell J. Kish Jr., and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Randell J Kish Jr., failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
