To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Arline V. McKain, aka Arline V. Gertz, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 26th day of March, 2009, the undersigned, National City Bank, filed a Complaint for foreclosure, in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 09CV 1081, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $12,095.42 plus accrued interest of $446.49, plus interest at 10.500% per annum from January 17, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on real property

Known for street numbering purposes as 74 Charles Avenue, Boardman, OH 44512

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-032-0-154.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default of the Defendant obligors in the payment of said Promissory Note according to its tenor, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 9th day of June, 2009.
