PLAINTIFF,
VS.
KAREN A. ANDERSON, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Karen A. Anderson and Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Anderson, whose last known address is 528 Archer Parkway, Cape Coral, Florida 33904, shall take notice that on the 20th day of January, 2009, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 2009 CV 218 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Forty-five (345) in Lyon Park Plat-Division "M" as recorded in Volume 29 of Plats, Page 44, Mahoning County Records.
The property is known for street numbering purposes as 2360 Hamilton Avenue, Poland, Ohio 44514 and is further identified as Parcel No. 35-003-0-077-000
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's lien(s). Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's lien(s) be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of May, 2009. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
