Corthaniel M. Lee and Sherri Lee whose last known place of residence is 19991 Green Oak Drive, Euclid, Ohio 44117, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of October, 2008, Tracy M. Smith filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 08CV 3925 on the docket of said Court, alleging that on or about October 13, 2006, Plaintiff, Tracy M. Smith, was lawfully and properly operating and traveling in a vehicle on Route 224 in the City of Canfield, when the Defendant, Corthaniel M. Lee, negligently operated his automobile, owned by Defendant Sherri Lee, and failed to keep an assured clear distance ahead, striking the Plaintiff's vehicle, thus causing injury to her. Plaintiff, Tracy M. Smith, demands judgment against the Defendants, Corthaniel M. Lee and Sherri Lee, for money damages in an amount in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars, plus interest and costs of this action.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of May, 2009.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
