FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE

LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, C/O HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC.

LAWRENCE B. PROPRI, AKA LAWRENCE PROPRI, SR., ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Lawrence B. Propri, aka Lawrence Propri, Sr., whose last known address is 248 South Roanoke Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Lawrence B. Propri, aka Lawrence Propri, Sr., all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 22nd day of December, 2008, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5, c/o Home Loan Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 08CV 4915 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 248 South Roanoke Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5706, Page 2162, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-012-0-248.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of April, 2009, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
