Defendants, Paul Hofmeister, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any of Paul Hofmeister, whose last known address is 174 Erskine Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512 and Patrick M. Sheehan, whose last known address is 174 Erskine Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on the 25th day of November, 2008, Countrywide Home Loans Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 4610, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Paul Hofmeister, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Paul Hofmeister and Patrick M Sheehan, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 174 Erskine Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-002-0-134.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of March, 2009.
