TO THE DEFENDANTS, Margarita Prado and the unknown spouse of Margarita Prado, whose last known place of residence and Post Office address was 136 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, but whose present residence address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants in the above named Court by filing its Complaint on the 19th day of November, 2008.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 33766, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in the Brockway-Williamson-Knott Realty Company Plat No. 2, as recorded in Plat Volume 18, Page 47, Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 33766 has a frontage of 40 feet on the northerly side of Avondale Avenue, and extends back 110.53 feet on the easterly line, 110.56 feet on the westerly line, and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 136 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507.

And for judgment upon an Adjustable Rate Note executed to Plaintiff, the Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, successor by merger to The Mahoning National Bank, by defendant, Margarita Prado.

The relief demanded is a judgment against the Defendant, Margarita Prado, in the amount of $16,733.07, along with interest at the rate of 6.375% per annum from the 30th day of May, 2008 and at the rate of 5.500% per annum from August 31, 2008, until paid, and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that Defendants, Margarita Prado and the unknown spouse of Margarita Prado, be required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Answer date is March 19, 2009.
