Defendants, Roosevelt Harris, Unknown Spouse of Roosevelt Harris, Nicole B Brown, Unknown Spouse of Nicole B. Brown, Curtis Harris, Unknown Spouse of Curtis Harris, Donald Harris, Unknown Spouse of Donald Harris, Lisa Ann Harris Benson, Unknown Spouse of Lisa Ann Harris Benson, Youngstown Emergency Room, Universal Builders and Acceptance Corp., assigned to Western Pennsylvania National Bank, and Investors Acceptance Corporation, assigned to Security Acceptance Corp., shall take notice that on the 3rd day of March, 2006, Plaintiff, Cintina LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 06CV 849 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:

Youngstown City Lot Number 12573 as lots are now numbered in said City.

Known for street numbering purposes as 421 Glenwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PPN: 53-063-0-025.00

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of March, 2009. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
