Unknown Spouse (if any) of Caroline Cowden, whose last known address is 6300 Struthers Road, Lowellville, OH 44436 and Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of, will take notice that on the 15th day of December, 2008, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 08CV 4820. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
