Aquila Management Corporation, one of the alleged lien holders in this case, shall take notice that on the 19th day of August, 2008, Donald Boyer and Judith Boyer, filed their Complaint for foreclosure in Case Number 08CV 3034 in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas to foreclose on the liens held by them for an alleged debt owed to them, along with any interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the Township of Canfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot #1 in the Faye Lynn Plat Number One, as recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 143 of Mahoning County Records as appears by said plat be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and also known as 5153 Youngstown Canfield Road, Canfield, OH 44406.

The prayer of the complaint is for a foreclosure, and that the proceeds be used to satisfy any outstanding encumbrances on the property. The details of the complaint are on file at the Common Pleas Court in Mahoning County under Case Numbers 2008 CV 3034 and 2007 CV 3694. Plaintiff demands an order that all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be further barred from asserting the same, and that Plaintiffs' lines be found to be good and valid liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property before closed. The Plaintiffs are Donald and Judith Boyer, and specified in case number 2008 CV 3034.
The above named Defendants are are required to answer Plaintiffs' Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of March, 2009. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the complaint.
