Accola, aka Catherine Theresa Accola, whose last place of residence is known as 26 Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44512, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 24, 2008, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 08CV 4159 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Catherine Accola, aka Catherine T. Accola, aka Catherine Theresa Accola's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Catherine Accola, aka Catherine T. Accola, aka Catherine Theresa Accola have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
