Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants in the above named Court by filing its Complaint on the 2nd day of September, 2008.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sub Lot 1099 in Highland Park Plat No. 18, a Subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 57 of Plats, Page 95, Mahoning County Records and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Sub Lot No. 1098 with the Southeasterly side of Edinburgh Drive; 1. Thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Sub Lot No. 1098 with the Southwesterly line of Sub Lot No. 1098 a distance of 295.93 feet to a point. 2. Thence South 89 deg. 50' West a distance of 295.93 feet to the intersection thereof with the Easterly line of Sub Lot No. 292; 3. Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Sub Lot No. 292 a distance of 167 feet to a point; 4. Thence North 19 deg. 42' 42" West along the Northeasterly line of Sub Lot No. 292 a distance of 71.39 feet to the intersection thereof with Southeasterly side of Edinburgh Drive; 5. Thence North 60 deg. 01' East along the Southeaterly side of Edinburgh Drive a chord distance of 118.26 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3897 Edinburgh Drive, Austintown, Ohio 44515.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of January, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
