DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Adminstrators, Legal Representatives, if any, of Michael S. Miller, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will hereby take notice that on the 29th day of July, 2008, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 08CV 3086, as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $65,768.59 upon a certain obligation dated April 20, 2006, signed by, Michael S. Miller, now deceased with interest in the amount of $2,274.48, and interest accruing at the rate of 7.50% per annum from July 17, 2008, and for the sum of $15,317.80 upon a certain obligation dated June 7, 2006, signed by Michael S. Miller, now deceased, with interested in the amount of $68.21, and interest accruing at the rate of 7.740% per annum from July 17, 2008, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage covering the following described permises:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 58363, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, in Rosewae Homes Plat No. 5, a subdivision of a part of original Lot No. 986, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 37 of Maps, Page 13 & 14, Mahoning County of Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of December, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
