FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE

JEFFREY A. GEORGE, AKA JEFFERY A. GEORGE, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Barbara D. George, whose last known address is 21274 Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, OH 44601, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Barbara D. George, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 30th day of July, 2008, Beneficial Ohio Inc, dba Beneficial Mortgage Co of Ohio, c/o HSBC Bank USA, National Association filed its Complaint for Reformation in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 08CV 3104 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 21274 Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, Ohio 44601 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5256, Page 1524, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 16-042-0-172.000, 16-042-0-174.000, 16-042-0-173.00, 16-042-0-212.000, 16-042-0-213.00
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of November, 2008, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
