Falcon Square Homeowners Association, whose last known address is c/o Donald E. Bova, Statutory Agent, 3800 Joyce Ann Drive, Youngstown, OH 44511, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of Falcon Square Homeowners Association, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 26th day of June, 2008, Chase Home Finance LLC filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 08CV 2636 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 5783 Norquest Boulevard, Youngstown, OH 44515 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5653, Page 858, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-092-0-047.010

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of October, 2008, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
