The Defendants, Benjamin Gonzalez and Carmen S. Orozco-Gonzalez, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 6, 2008, the Plaintiff, 130 Properties, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 3182 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property described to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 35421 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 95 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 712 East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502.
The Defendants, Benjamin Gonzalez and Carmen S Orozco-Gonzalez, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of December, 2008.
In the event that the Defendants, Benjamin Gonzalez and Carmen S Orozco-Gonzalez, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
