Mattie M. Langford, whose last place of residence is known as 219 Hamrock Drive, Campbell, OH 44405, but whose present place of residence is unknown and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mattie M. Langford, whose last place of residence is 219 Hamrock Drive, Campbell, OH 44405, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of July, 2008, The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case No. 08CV 3006 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Mattie M. Langford and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mattie M. Langford have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
SITUATED in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Campbell City Lot No. 6201, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in D-A Plat #1, a Subdivision of a part of Original Out Lot 39, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 50 of Maps, Page 4, of Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 219 Hamrock Drive, Campbell, Ohio 44405.
The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of November, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
