Defendant, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Sadie Hall, whose name and residence are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio will take notice that on the 7th day of March, 2008, Plaintiff, Willie Mitchell filed his Foreclosure Complaint to Transfer and Vest Title in a Tax Certificate Holder pursuant to Revised Code Section 5721.37(F) naming him a Defendant, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being Case No. 08CV 946 in said Court, to foreclose his tax lien certificate and the transfer of real estate title. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Notice of Intent to Foreclose and known as:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 105 W. Dewey.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-053-0-208.00-0 and 53-053-0-209.00-0

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set forth his interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's tax lien certificate be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and vested in Plaintiff.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendant in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 16th day of October, 2008.
