Defendants, Clarence Glenn and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse if any, of Clarence Glenn, whose last known address is 429 Chicago Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 and Johnnie S. Brown, whose last known address is 212 East Ravenwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, will take notice that on the 14th day of April, 2008, First Place Bank fka, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Warren, filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 1532, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Clarence Glenn and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse if any, of Clarence Glenn and Johnnie S Brown, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 33556, as Lots are now numbered in said City, and as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 17 of Maps, Page 99, Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 33556 fronts 43.1 feet on the North line of Ravenwood Avenue and extending back of even width, 125 feet, as appears by said plat.
Known for street numbering purposes as 212 E. Ravenwood , Youngstown, Ohio 44507
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-117-0-238.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of October, 2008.
