DEFENDANTS.
Defendants, Rolulanu O. Oshonowo and Bomo O. Oshonowo, whose last known address is 2310 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 19th day of May, 2008, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 2094, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Tolulanu O. Oshonowo and Bomo O. Oshonowo, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-172-0-012.00-0; 53-172-0-010.00-0 and 53-172-0-009.00-0
PROPERTY LOCATION: 2310 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.
The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of October, 2008.
