Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Greg A. Whitlatch, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Greg A. Whitlatch, whose last known address is 685 S. Fifteenth St., Sebring, Ohio 44672, will take notice that on the 13th day of May, 2008, Washington Mutual Bank, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 08CV 2060. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

And known as and being Lot Number One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six (1666) as said lot is distinguished on the recorded plat of the Sky-View Allotment. See Plat Book Number 32, Page 86 of the Mahoning County Records of Plats to which reference is hereby made. Said Lot being formerly numbered Lot Four (4).

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of October, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
