Jane Doe, Spouse of Frank S. Flauto III If Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 5513 Mill Creek Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of March, 2008, Citimortgage Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 08CV 1307 in said Court against Frank S. Flauto III praying for judgment of $41,341.09 with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from November 1, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF AUSTINTOWN, COUNTY OF MAHONING AND STATE OF OHIO:
AND KNOWN AS BEING LOT NO. 783 IN WICKLIFFE BROADVIEW SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT IN VOLUME 19 OF MAPS, PAGE 58 OF MAHONING COUNTY RECORDS.
ALSO KNOWN AS: 192 NORTH MAIN STREET, YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO 44515
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-025-0-491.00-0
and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of October, 2008, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
