LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE8

DEFENDANTS.

Huntington Ridge Condominium Association, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and he unknown successors, assigns, and surviving entities of Huntington Ridge Condominium Association, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of July, 2008, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE8 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 08CV 2863 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 6745 Tippecanoe Road, Unit 2, Canfield, OH 44406 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5642, Page 2037, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-115-0-004.02-0

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of October, 2008, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
