Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Sam LaManna aka Sam M. Lamanna, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Sam LaManna aka Sam M. Lamanna, will take notice that on the 10th day of June, 2008, Chase Home Finance, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 08CV 2400. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claims to have an interest:

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
