RUTH HUGHES, whose last known place of residence is 8522 S. Seeley Avenue, Chicago, IL and is now unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 5th day of September, 2007, ARTHUR WHITE filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 1483 on the docket of the Court, praying for a decree of foreclosure for the property located at Lot 1122, City of Youngstown

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:

Known as being the entire interest in the Northwesterly part of City Lot Number One Thousand One Hundred Twenty Two (#1122), according to the latest enumeration of Youngstown City Lots and Out Lots.

Said part of City Lot #1122 is bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Arlington Street with the easterly line of Griffith Street, thence southerly along the easterly line of Griffith Street, a distance of 65 feet to a point; thence easterly to the southwesterly corner of City Lot #1122, thence northerly along the westerly line of said City Lot #1122 a distance of about 65 feet to the southerly line of Arlington Street; Thence westerly along the southerly line of Arlington Street, a distance of about 32 feet more or less, to the place of beginning, formerly known as the northwesterly part of Sub Lot No. 1 of Griffith's Subdivsion, Plat of which is recorded in Volume 2, Page 19, Mahoning County Records of Maps.
