Defendant, Chapel Mortgage Corporation, a New Jersey Corporation, whose last known address is 315 Main Street, P.O. Box 550, Rancocoas, New Jersey, 08073-0550, will take notice that on the 14th day of May, 2008, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 2035, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant, Chapel Mortgage Corporation, a New Jersey Corporation, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 12100 OYSTER ROAD, ALLIANCE, OHIO 44601
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 16-100-0-010.020
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of July, 2009.
