Knapp, whose last known address is 153 Halleck Street, Youngstown, OH 44505; Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Stanford A. Knapp, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Stanford A. Knapp; and Unknown Tenants (if any), whose last known address is 153 Halleck Street, Youngstown, OH 44505, will take notice that on the 5th day of June, 2008, Countrywide Home Loans Inc, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio Case Number 08CV 2337. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

STIUATED IN THE CITY OF YOUNGSTOWN, COUNTY OF MAHONING, STATE OF OHIO, IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

SITUATED IN THE CITY OF YOUNGSTOWN, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO AND KNOWN AS BEING YOUNGSTOWN CITY LOT NUMBER 27662 ACCORDING TO THE LATEST ENUMERATION OF LOTS IN SAID CITY, FORMERLY SUBLOT NUMBER 252 IN THE PAUL WICK REAL ESTATE COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO BROAD OAKS SUBDIVISION OF PART OF ORIGINAL YOUNGSTOWN TOWNSHIP LOT NUMBER 42, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT IN VOLUME 12 OF MAPS, PAGE 124 OF MAHONING COUNTY RECORDS; AND BEING 50 FEET FRONT ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF HALLECK STREET AND EXTENDING BACK BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES 200 FEET, AND HAVING A REAR LINE OF 50 FEET, AS APPEARS BY SAID PLAT, BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice.
