TO: Unknown Administrator/Executor/Executrix/Spouse/Heirs/Devisees/Legatees/Successors/Next of Kin of the Estate of Patricia E. Kelley, et al: Jason Paul Kelley, Son of Decedent; and the Unknown Spouse of Jason Paul Kelley whose names and/or addresses are unknown:
You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiMortgage Inc, successor by reason of merger with CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., vs Patricia E. Kelley, et al." This case has been assigned Case No. 2008 CV 01579 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the Mortgage against real property located at 30 Woodland Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405, and recorded in the Mahoning County Auditor's Department as Parcel ID 460120224000 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs.
You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three successive weeks. The last publication will be made on October 16, 2008 and the 28 days for answer will commence after that date. Answer day being the 13th day of November, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
