The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Successors, Assigns and Next of Kin of the Defendant, Katherine F. Hays, now deceased, all of whose places of residences are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on 23rd day of April, 2008, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 08CV 1690 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $81,749.87 with accrued interest in the amount of $2,414.15 upon a certain obligation signed by, Katherine F. Hays now deceased with interest at the rate of 6.490% per annum from April 15, 2008, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Sub Lot No. 6 in the Park Site Estates Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat Volume 37, Page 48, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Sub Lot No. 6 has a frontage of 86 feet on the easterly side of Ronjoy Place and extends back 175.57 feet on the northerly line, 175.59 feet on the southerly line, and has a rear line of 86 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
