Rosemarie cool aka Rosemarie P. Cool, whose last known address is 319 Erskine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Rosemarie Cool, whose last known address is 319 Erskine Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44512, will take notice that on the 2nd day of April, 2008, Citifinancial, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 08 CV 1389. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claims to have an interest:

And known as being Lot No. 169 in Indianola Heights Plat No. 4, as shown by recorded Plat Volume 24 of Maps, Page 15, of Mahoning County Records, and being Fifty (50) feet front on the southerly side of Erskine Avenue and extending back of equal width a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of September, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
