Michael Powell, whose last known address is 204 Broadway Avenue, 0 Broadway St., Youngstown, OH, Youngstown, OH 44504, will take notice that on October 9, 2007, WM Specialty Mortgage LLC, Without Recourse, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 07CV 3773. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
SITUATED in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and in the State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 10516 and the Easterly 10 feet of Youngstown City Lot Number 10515, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Cynthia D. Bissell's First Addition, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 57 of Mahoning County Records.
Forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 70 feet on the Northerly side of Broadway Avenue, and extending back of equal width along the Westerly line of Elm Street 150 feet as appears by said Plat, and as shown on the recorded Deed, recorded in Official Record Volume 160, Page 2, together with all hereditaments and appurtenances thereof.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 204 Broadway Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.
The defendant named above is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of August, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
