DEFENDANTS.
Ronald D. Orner and Linda Sue Orner, whose last known address is P. O. Box 3561 North Meridian Station, Meridian, MS 39303, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on March 20, 2008, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH being Case Number 08CV 1186 against Ronald D. Orner and Linda Sue Orner praying for judgment in the amount of $135,928.63 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from March 17, 2008 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Ronald D Orner and Linda Sue Orner are the owners of:
as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on September 22, 2005 in Book 5563 Page 2104 of the Mortgage Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Alson known as 20 Phil Rose Lane, Poland, Ohio 44514.
and that Defendants, Ronald D Orner and Linda Sue Orner, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Household Realty Corporation is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 18th day of August, 2008 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
