TO Lee Turner, last known address of 53 West Marion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507 and his heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and to all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the following real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 10901 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in the Gilmore Plat as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 69 of Mahoning County Records and being 50 feet front on the southerly side of W. Marion Avenue, formerly Silver Street, and extending back of equal width 120 feet as appears by said plat.

A complaint has been filed in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, Case No. 2008 CV 1718; Howard Franklin v. Lee Turner, et al. The complaint is in adverse possession and Howard Franklin is seeking a determination from the Court that he is the owner of all right, title and interest in the above described property. You are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight days after the publication of this notice, which will published for six 6 successive weeks, answer day being the 18th day of August, 2008.
